MODUS X has successfully completed a two-month BA Bootcamp, an intensive training programme for future business analysts. The participants not only gained theoretical knowledge but also put it into practice by working with real cases. At the end of the programme, the participants presented their final projects and will soon get an internship opportunity.
The BA Bootcamp was launched specifically for those who plan to enter the field of business analysis or change their career path. Thanks to intensive training and support from mentors, the participants gained practical skills that will help them start their careers in IT.
"It was a really intensive path: two months of deep immersion in business analysis, learning new tools, case analysis, active discussions, and defending the final project. BA Bootcamp is not just about learning, it's about a community of like-minded people who speak the same language - the language of business analysis. Now you have not only knowledge, but also contacts and support. Use this start, build your career, overcome obstacles, and move forward. Remember: opportunities open up for those who are ready to act. And you have already proved that you are ready," said Mariia Shydlovska, Head of L&D at MODUS X.
The programme included intensive trainings and practical assignments under the guidance of experienced MODUS X mentors. Participants practiced their knowledge on real cases and learnt to work with modern business tools.
1. High involvement of participants: active discussions, in-depth questions and suggestions
2. Support from mentors and the opportunity to receive individual consultations
3. A learning format that combines theory and practice
Many people take short online courses, but here you got not only knowledge but also real practical experience. It was nice to see such activity and engagement - the students did not just attend classes, but asked questions, discussed, even shared their own ideas. It is really impressive," said Denis Chuiev, Head of BA MODUS X.
The final stage of the programme was the defence of the projects, which tested the participants' knowledge, creativity and ability to work in real-world conditions. Participants demonstrated non-standard solutions and new approaches to work.
"BA Bootcamp left me with only positive impressions! The lecturers not only taught the material, but also provided real-life cases, which helped me to better understand the topics. I would especially like to mention the mentors - they not only answered all our questions but also found extra time for us. They supported us, shared practical advice and even their personal experience," said one of the programme's graduates.
Soon, the best graduates will receive an invitation to an internship at MODUS X. During the internship, they will work on real projects, improving their skills. Those who show the best results will be able to continue their careers in the company.
