The company is expanding opportunities for young professionals, supporting education and contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This strategic initiative is aimed at developing technological education, supporting students and creating new opportunities for young professionals.
Through cooperation with Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and the UN Global Compact in Ukraine, MODUS X is joining a number of educational and social initiatives that will help students build a career in IT. In particular, the partnership provides for:
1. Internship and job placement programmes - the most talented students will be able to gain real-world experience in the IT field.
2. Educational events - lectures, trainings and workshops from leading MODUS X experts.
3. Mentoring support - our specialists will help students in their professional development.
4. Joint projects with the UN General Assembly - participation in the development of technological solutions for socially important initiatives.
The memorandum opens up more opportunities for students and strengthens MODUS X's cooperation with one of the leading technical universities in Ukraine. We don't just support education - we invest in the next generation of professionals and contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
"The future of the energy sector is being shaped by partnerships, by the content of curricula, by understanding how technology is changing the requirements for specialists. At MODUS X, we see our mission as not only innovating but also passing on knowledge, experience and vision to the next generation. This memorandum is a step towards strengthening the culture of technical education in Ukraine," said Dmytro Osyka, CEO of MODUS X.
Despite the fact that the document was signed recently, the cooperation between MODUS X and KPI started earlier. The company has already held a lecture on Business Analysis, invited students to participate in a bootcamp, and some of them are already undergoing internships in MODUS X teams. An internship programme will start soon, which will allow us to involve even more young professionals in real projects.
"For the UN Global Compact in Ukraine, the development of education is part of a larger task: promoting the principles of sustainable development. We believe that joining the efforts of the state, business and educational institutions is the key to real transformation," said Tetiana Sakharuk, Director General of the Global Compact Network in Ukraine."
"Successful projects are born where education, business and global ideas intersect. We are creating a bridge between talented students and the real challenges of IT. They are already working with MODUS X mentors on projects that have practical value and prospects," added Maria Shydlovska, Assessment, Development and Training Manager at MODUS X.
We will soon start recruiting students for internships and training events. We are confident that this initiative will open up new horizons for future IT leaders and promote innovation in Ukraine.
