As part of the digital transformation program implemented by Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University in partnership with MODUS X and with the participation of company experts, another lecture for students took place.
This time, the invited speaker was Valentyn Vyntu, Chief Data and AI Officer at MODUS X, who presented the topic “QUANTUM — DTEK’s AI Program for Digital Transformation.”
During the lecture, students had the opportunity to see how artificial intelligence operates in large businesses not merely at the conceptual level, but as part of everyday operations. The focus was on real-world cases of AI solutions implemented across DTEK Group businesses, as well as approaches to scaling digital initiatives.
“Today, AI in the energy sector is a systemic transformation that covers key processes — from generation and consumption forecasting to production optimization and risk management. Within the QUANTUM program, we are building a holistic ecosystem for working with data and AI, where every solution has a clear business impact and can be scaled across the entire organization. It is precisely this approach that makes it possible to move from isolated initiatives to real business transformation,” said Valentyn Vyntu.
Special attention during the lecture was given to how AI and related technologies are already reshaping the energy sector and creating new approaches to management, faster decision-making, and operational efficiency.
The session encouraged open dialogue: students actively participated in the discussion, asked questions, and analyzed practical cases. Following the lecture, participants noted the speaker’s high level of expertise.
The initiative is being implemented as part of Talentverse X — MODUS X’s educational initiative that combines academic knowledge with practical experience.
