MODUS X held an Open Day that brought together more than 100 participants — students from various disciplines, graduates, lecturers, and those considering a career in IT and digital transformation.
The event was the result of several weeks of preparation and coordination across different company teams. At the heart of the program were real-world insights, open dialogue, and a practical understanding of how an IT business operates within a large corporate ecosystem.
Open Day Program: MODUS X Experts on Business, Technology, and Careers
The Open Day opened with Iryna Hodovaniuk, Chief Commercial Officer at MODUS X, who presented the company and its key areas of activity. Participants learned about MODUS X services, examples of projects delivered for large businesses, and the company’s role as a technology partner in digital transformation.
Next, Snizhana Katsiuba, Chief Human Resources Officer, presented career opportunities at MODUS X. She spoke about internship formats, talent development approaches, corporate culture, and the requirements for entry-level positions.
The topic of innovation for large business was explored by Andrii Bondar, R&D Lead. His presentation focused on how new products are created within the company, how hypotheses are tested, and how technology solutions are implemented for the corporate sector.
The discussion on technology trends continued with Yevhenii Horbachov, Chief Technology Officer at MODUS X. His session focused on current changes in the IT industry, the development of AI, the impact of automation, and new approaches to software development for large-scale business processes.
After a coffee break, participants moved on to more practical topics.
Vitalii Slutyi, Technical Recruiter, helped attendees understand how to choose a career path in IT, what to consider when planning professional development, and how to assess their level of readiness realistically.
The final expert session was led by Oleksandr Halchenko, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, who broke down common resume mistakes — the so-called “epic fails” — and shared practical advice on preparing a CV that stands out to recruiters among hundreds of applications.
The event concluded with a prize draw for the most active participants and informal networking, giving guests the opportunity to connect personally with the speakers and the MODUS X team.
Developing Talentverse X and Academic Partnerships
The Open Day also became part of the development of Talentverse X — MODUS X’s ecosystem of academic partnerships with universities and educational institutions. Within this initiative, the Learning & Development team is already working on new joint programs for students that combine academic learning with real business cases.
