MODUS X, together with Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, developed and launched the training course “Digital Transformation Management” as part of the master’s program “Business Organization Management.”
The course was designed as a practical module that combines academic training with real-world cases from large businesses. Its goal is to help future managers develop a systemic understanding of digital transformation, the role of technology in corporate competitiveness, and the new responsibilities of leadership in the AI era.
The first guest lectures for students were delivered by Dmytro Osyka, CEO of MODUS X, and Yevhenii Horbachov, CTO of MODUS X.
Students were introduced to global technology trends, digital transformation cases from DTEK Group companies and international organizations, as well as practical approaches to change management in large enterprises.
“A modern leader must have a deep understanding of business and think in transformational terms. It is important not only to initiate change, but also to convince the team, take responsibility for the result, and prove that transformation can be implemented. The key is to demonstrate measurable impact and build solutions that create long-term competitive advantage,” said Dmytro Osyka.
The discussion was lively: students actively asked questions about AI adoption in large corporations, change management, the risks of digital transformation, and the competencies of the manager of the future. The audience’s interest confirmed the relevance of the course and the demand for deep practical expertise from business.
Commenting on the strategic importance of innovation, Yevhenii Horbachov emphasized:
“Despite challenging macroeconomic and security conditions, investments in innovation are laying the foundation for future growth. Companies that systematically implement AI, data analytics, and automation gain a strategic advantage in development speed and operational efficiency.”
The course is the result of joint work by the university team and MODUS X experts, who consulted during the program’s development and provide organizational support for the training process.
