Oleksii Leshchynskyi, Head of IT Project Management and Delivery at MODUS X, has been elected Vice President of Professional Development at PMI Ukraine Chapter for the 2025–2027 term. In this role, he will be responsible for the professional growth of the project management community, as well as the organization of educational programs, certifications, and international partnerships.
PMI and Its Role in Advancing Project Management
The Project Management Institute (PMI) is a global nonprofit organization that defines standards, methodologies, and best practices in project management. It unites millions of professionals and has more than 300 chapters worldwide. PMI Ukraine Chapter is PMI’s Ukrainian branch, which has more than 800 members and actively contributes to the development of project management through educational programs, certifications, and professional events.
The Role of Vice President of Professional Development and Oleksii Leshchynskyi’s Goals
As Vice President of Professional Development, Oleksii Leshchynskyi will focus on the following priorities:
- promoting training and certification among Ukrainian project managers;
- building a team of experts to analyze current trends in project management;
- developing educational initiatives such as conferences, webinars, and new learning formats;
- launching mentorship programs to expand opportunities for Ukrainian managers.
