IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stable operation of IT systems

• Connect and configure workstations for users

• Maintain peripheral equipment functionality, including warranty service coordination and technician dispatch

• Track and manage IT equipment in a specialized inventory system

• Understand principles of TCP/IP-based network architectures

• Support client-server applications within a Microsoft domain environment

Professional Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and office equipment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

• Deep understanding of Windows operating systems

• Prepare and deploy new equipment to end users

• Maintain records in both operational and accounting systems

Required Skills:

• Experience working in large organizations with a device fleet of 1,500+ PCs

• Proficiency with Service Manager System Center, Active Directory, IBM Tivoli

• Experience using remote access tools

• Hands-on experience with first-line support and HelpDesk, including assisting non-technical users for over 2 years

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies

• Experience with cloud-based solutions

• Experience working with Apple devices

• Proven support for C-level/top management users

• Experience with network devices

• Experience managing hardware-based video conferencing systems

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
