Mind.ua published a feature on DEEP, a digital product created by MODUS X based on DTEK’s digital transformation experience.
The solution grew out of the DTEK One Click program, through which DTEK, together with MODUS X, created an integrated ecosystem of digital services and paperless processes. Its goal was to make internal corporate processes faster, more transparent, and accessible to employees through a “company in your smartphone” concept.
Building on this experience, MODUS X created DEEP, with its first module, DEEP HR, designed as a suite of digital services for automating key HR processes. These include vacation management, access to certificates and payslips, HR requests, approvals, remote work arrangements, and other everyday HR scenarios.
The solution is built on a “from request to resolution” principle — without paper documents, physical presence, or complex instructions.
The target audience for DEEP is mid-sized and large enterprises, where HR processes are high-volume and resource-intensive. The platform delivers the greatest impact in companies with more than 1,000 employees, enabling them to gradually move from standalone digital services to a full-fledged HR ecosystem.
In addition to the HR module, the solution ecosystem also includes a Media module, while an L&D module is currently under development.
