The DTEK Group has been included in the first national ranking of companies that systematically integrate artificial intelligence into business processes, compiled by Delo.ua. AI solutions across the Group are implemented through the QUANTUM program with the support and expertise of MODUS X.
DTEK was recognized among the leaders in the Energy category for the large-scale deployment of artificial intelligence across production, operations, and corporate functions.
The ranking covers 50 Ukrainian companies across industries — from agriculture and retail to banking, manufacturing, and IT — and assesses the depth, effectiveness, and systemic nature of AI integration. The study found that more than 85% of companies already have an approved AI strategy, while more than 90% have defined metrics to evaluate its effectiveness over a three- to five-year horizon.
“Our goal is to make AI a daily tool in employees’ work, integrate it into operational processes, and adapt these processes to the new capabilities of technology. This will increase efficiency, reliability, and customer value, while also opening new production opportunities. In the future, this will become the foundation for creating new products and business models that support long-term company growth. The future is much closer than we are used to thinking,” said CEO Dmytro Osyka.
Unlike the global trend, where automation is often accompanied by workforce reductions, Ukrainian businesses are using AI as a tool to support operational resilience. In the context of labor shortages caused by war, migration, and demographic challenges, artificial intelligence helps companies maintain business continuity and scale.
The key vehicle for AI integration at DTEK is the QUANTUM program, implemented by the MODUS X team, which unites all AI initiatives across the Group’s companies — from production and customer service to corporate functions.
As of 2026, 15 AI projects are planned within QUANTUM with MODUS X’s involvement, some of which have already been implemented or are currently at the pilot stage.
