DEEP at HR Days 2026
HR Days is an annual forum for HR and L&D professionals. At the MODUS X stand, visitors could see how DEEP gives employees access to corporate services from a smartphone, including people who do not have a corporate email account or regular access to a computer.
The team demonstrated the platform through practical scenarios and discussed the processes companies want to simplify, including document workflows and approvals, internal communications, surveys and access to other digital services.
Joint Session with TAS Agro
The programme included a joint session by Snizhana Katsiuba, Chief HR Officer at MODUS X, and Nataliia Korol, Director of Human Resources and Business Transformation at TAS Agro. They presented practical experience in digitalising HR processes at a company where a significant part of the workforce is based on farms, at grain elevators and in the fields.
The conversation continued at the MODUS X stand after the session. Participants discussed access to corporate services without work accounts, integration with existing systems and moving HR documents to a mobile format.
What HR Teams Discussed
Discussions at the forum focused on practical challenges: making services available to distributed and frontline teams, reducing paper-based logistics and bringing employee interactions into one digital environment. The feedback gives MODUS X additional input for the continued development of DEEP.
The team will continue testing product decisions against practical scenarios and considering the needs of companies digitalising HR processes and internal communications.
