Fewer IT Disruptions and Faster Support: MODUS X Receives HP Business Partner Status

Компанія розвиватиме експертизу навколо HP Workforce Experience Platform — платформи, яка допомагає ІТ-командам завчасно виявляти проблеми, автоматизувати їх усунення та керувати пристроями різних виробників у єдиному середовищі.

HP Business Partner Status

MODUS X has received official confirmation of its Business Partner status from HP Inc. (hereinafter referred to as HP). The status formalises the partnership between the companies and provides a foundation for developing MODUS X capabilities in digital employee experience, particularly in working with HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP). The Business Partner status was confirmed by an HP representative on 1 September 2026.

The status followed joint technical work by the MODUS X and HP teams. The specialists reviewed WXP use cases, tested selected policies on test computers and agreed on the next organisational steps.

The Next Stage of Cooperation

The HP Business Partner status marks the next stage of cooperation, which includes specialised training and certification for MODUS X professionals in line with the HP partner model.

After completing the required certification, MODUS X plans to combine the capabilities of HP WXP with its expertise in IT infrastructure design, digital workplace solutions, managed services and technical support.

Practical Scenarios for Customers

The team plans to help customers assess their digital environments, identify priority automation scenarios and integrate the platform with their existing management systems and service processes.

“Large companies use different device models, operating systems and corporate services. As a result, IT teams do not always see the cause of an issue until a user contacts support. HP Workforce Experience Platform brings workplace data together, helps teams identify disruptions faster and automates routine actions. The HP partner status will help us develop this expertise and prepare practical implementation scenarios for customers,” said Volodymyr Grebenetskyi, Head of Technical Support at MODUS X.

The new partner status complements the MODUS X portfolio of technology partnerships and expands the company’s capabilities in working with organisations that have distributed infrastructure, large numbers of users and devices from different manufacturers.
