MODUS X ranked second among service IT companies in Ukraine in the 800–1,500 specialists category in the Best IT Employers 2025 ranking, annually compiled by DOU — Ukraine’s largest specialized IT media outlet.
In addition, MODUS X placed among the Top 7 overall — across all service and product IT companies in Ukraine within the 800–1,500 specialists category.
In 2025, more than 13,000 IT professionals evaluated 683 companies as part of the DOU survey. Only specialists currently employed by these companies were eligible to rate their employers. MODUS X was represented by 284 employees in the ranking.
Companies were assessed across 19 criteria grouped into six key areas: compensation, working conditions, career opportunities, projects, corporate culture, and social responsibility.
Within the survey, MODUS X received particularly high scores in several key areas. Notably, the company was highly rated for responsibility (91.2 points), working conditions (88.3 points), and projects (88.5 points) — highlighting a strong focus on people, a high-quality work environment, and meaningful employee engagement in projects with real business impact.
