More than 30 MODUS X managers completed the learning stage of the Effective Manager Pre-MBA programme developed specifically for the company by DTEK Academy.
Participants completed nine modules, worked in seven teams and defended their own projects.
Projects for the Company and Its Clients
Each team worked on a specific challenge: improving an internal MODUS X process or developing a product solution for clients. Participants researched the problem, tested possible approaches, calculated the business case and prepared an implementation plan.
The projects covered digital transformation, process optimisation, talent development, management automation and new digital products. Some teams moved beyond the concept stage and prepared prototypes, MVPs and implementation roadmaps.
How the Projects Were Evaluated
Each team worked with a project sponsor from the MODUS X or DTEK Group senior management team. During the defence, participants presented their solution, answered questions and demonstrated its viability. The jury assessed business value, implementation feasibility and economic impact.
All seven teams successfully defended their projects. The jury recommended most initiatives for further development and implementation within the company.
Next Steps
The teams will continue developing the most promising initiatives, while the programme’s graduation will take place on 22 September.
