DEEP for TAS Agro: Digitizing HR Administration
TAS Agro is transforming its HR administration with the DEEP mobile platform developed by MODUS X, a technology company within the DTEK Group. The platform brings HR document workflows to employees' smartphones, making it easier to request leave, obtain certificates, and approve documents from the office or directly from the field.
The digital transformation is tailored to the realities of the agricultural sector: more than 60% of TAS Agro's employees work on farms, at grain elevators, or in the fields without access to desktop computers or corporate accounts. These include tractor drivers, milking machine operators, and grain dryer operators. Previously, during the sowing and harvest seasons, when operations depend heavily on weather conditions, employees had to travel to regional offices to complete paperwork. The DEEP mobile app has eliminated these trips, allowing employees to focus on their core responsibilities.
First Results of the Implementation
First results after a month and a half:
- More than 1,000 employees have already registered in the app, and this number continues to grow.
- Employees have used the platform more than 6,700 times.
- On average, a user spends 17 minutes in the app. That is now enough time to remotely submit a vacation request or order a certificate.

- Access without corporate email: Employees in the fields, at farms, and at grain elevators do not need separate licenses or work emails. Access to the app is granted by phone number via a one-time password.
- Simple integration: DEEP was connected to TAS Agro’s existing accounting systems. The platform expands their functionality, so there was no need to launch the project from scratch or spend a long time migrating data.
- Data protection: All employees’ personal data is encrypted. Role-based access control is in place: a machine operator sees only their own HR data, while a manager sees aggregated analytics.
- Working with Diia.Signature: The app supports national standards. Employees can sign documents with a qualified electronic signature (QES) via Diia.Signature directly on their phones.
